Playmaker Recruiting LLC (the "Service") operates an SMS/MMS notification and messaging program (the "Program"), subject to the following terms. By opting into or participating in our Program, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

‍Program Description & Purpose: The Program allows registered users and athletic personnel to receive operational alerts, account verification codes, security updates, recruitment notifications, and reminder messages via text message.

‍Opt-In Consent: You may opt into the Program by checking an opt-in box during account registration, filling out an online form on our website, or replying to an onboarding prompt. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring and non-recurring automated text messages (including SMS and MMS) sent via an automated telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided.

‍Consent to receive automated marketing/operational text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on user activity and account settings (e.g., real-time recruitment alerts, system notifications).

‍Cost (Message and Data Rates May Apply): Message and data rates may apply to all text messages sent and received. Standard carrier messaging and data rates apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check your mobile service provider's plan for details.

‍Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel or opt-out of the Program at any time. Text the keyword STOP to any short code or long code number associated with us, or click the unsubscription link (if provided in a message). You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.

‍Help & Support: For help, assistance, or questions regarding the Program, text the keyword HELP to any of our messaging numbers, or contact our support team at [Insert Support Email] / [Insert Support Phone Number].

‍Supported Carriers: Supported mobile carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, T-Mobile US, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

‍Privacy Policy: Your use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data (including mobile data). You can review our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Playmaker Recruiting platform, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old, have the legal capacity (or appropriate parental/guardian consent) to enter into a binding contract, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Playmaker Recruiting is a cloud-based software platform designed to provide sports technology and athlete recruiting management solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

‍Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
‍Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

Fees: Certain features of the Service require payment of fees ("Subscription Fees"). You agree to pay all applicable fees as described when you select your subscription plan.
‍Billing: All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms.
‍Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding user-generated content), including all software, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, and logos, are and will remain the exclusive property of Playmaker Recruiting LLC and its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Playmaker Recruiting LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used. 

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
